A sorry tale

Excellent. Despatched very quickly. Unfortunately, once with Royal Mail it started yo-yoing between two GPO sorting offices. I couldn’t understand it - until I examined the address I had given you. I had inadvertently written the postcode of an old address I had not lived at for several years. Trying to contact Royal Mail was impossible, unless I was prepared to wait on the phone for nearly an hour. I gave up. However, the parcel arrived today - a kind GPO worker had noticed the mismatch and taken the time to look up and correct the postcode. It arrived safe and sound today, thanks to your excellent packaging.
