Disappointed & fooled by misleading website photo

It turned out not to be the item I wanted, which was the 8" serving bowl without a rim. The itemI was sent is just a sort of old fashioned soup plate.
Unfortunately the photosthe item on the website was so poor I could not see the rim (I have good vision) and was fooled into thinking it was the serving bowl of similar size which I needed.
Now I just need to find out how to return it, otherwise it will go to charity as it is of no use to me.
Thank you for your email. Sorry to hear you are disappointed with your order. We are updating older photos and can see that the photo does not match the description of the rimmed bowl. We will therefore cancel and refund the order and will let you know when we find the 8 1/4" serving bowl.
