Excellent. It took 35 years for this item to be available and I was thrilled when China search found it for me. It arrived, beautifully packed and I am delighted with the service.
The lid of my storage jar was broken and Royal Worcester did not sell it separately. As this was a gift from a special person, I did not want to replace the jar. It was exactly as described.
