ChinaSearch have kept me on file until the china I needed came along. They packed my plate with cardboard, and it came promptly. I have ordered through them before, but the item got lost in transit, and they replaced it without quibble. I love ChinaSearch!
I have a dinner service that is not made any more. From time to time, when something gets broken, I order a replacement from ChinaSearch. It is not a popular service, do sometimes I have to wait, but they keep my details on file and always come up with the goods in the end. I cannot praise them enough!
