A great example of excellent service

As well as sending me an email to tell me what I had been waiting for to come into stock had arrived, I received a friendly phone call letting me know too. When my china arrived it was amazingly well wrapped and it was in the good condition that had been promised. Although quite expensive, I had been on the waiting list for several years and now am very pleased to have a full 8 setting dinner service.
