Did we? Have you? Unbelievably excellent.

First reaction was amazement when we received a call at home from China Search that they had located items in the Nimbus range that we’d requested apparently in 2022!! I cheerfully told them not to dispatch the items via post we would collect sometime the following week. I then completely forgot that conversation until two weeks later when they took the trouble to ring us again to query what we wanted to do. I did then manage to get across to the cheerful and professional staff who couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. Having collected what they had found for us I belatedly asked if they had any additional side plates? Within seconds the staff member had checked stock on her computer and apologised for only having what she referred to as “ seconds”. She offered to locate from the stores to enable me to see the state they were in and whether they were acceptable. Much like the entire China Search operation there was no suggestion of them resembling “ seconds” and I duly purchased. Much like the China Search operation they were perfect. Honest. Professional. Top class service from a top class company who are exceptional at what they do in all aspects.
