Fabulous old fashioned service

Fair pricing, packaged extremely well. Lovely that they update you when things come into stock and even more pleased it's a phone call to keep human interaction going. I dislike the email/push notification that some companies send and I hate the webchat options as they take forever. Well done China search for good old fashioned customer service with the personal touch ?
