Great plates, the worst delivery ever

The plates are wonderful. Very good packaging. Unfortunately, the company works with the worst delivery. The delivery man did not come to my address at all, I understood from the tracking number that my package was left in some post office. First, I had to find out by myself exactly which post office the package was left in, then I had to carry a large and heavy box by myself over a long distance. I don't know why I paid for delivery, when I had to carry the box by myself walking the streets.
