Order placed on line. On confirmation of receipt of order received promptly and next day message that my order was ready for collection. On calling at the showroom, order all packed and ready. So all sorted within two Telephone call from the company two days later to let me know that an out of stock item was now ready for collection. Excellent, friendly company to deal with.
