Married for 38 years - dinner service was a wedding present. Never had any breakages until this month when I broke a bowl! We had used Chinasearch to sell some crockery belonging to my late mother in law so went straight to the website. Found a replacement bowl for our dinner service - order placed and , within a few days it arrived, beautifully packaged and looked brand new! Fabulous service - thank you.
Condition of the bowl on the website described as "excellent" and, when it arrived, it was indeed in that condition! When I put it away with the rest of our dinner service, it looked like it was brand new. Wedding present 38 years ago - no breakages until now - this replacement bowl made the service as new.
