Packaging needs to be improved

My plate was sent out quickly and arrived in good condition.
However, the packaging was not adequate and had been torn. There was no protective packaging around the plate either. It was only secured between a very thin sheet of transparent plastic and a piece of thin cardboard at the base of the box with several empty inches above it. Fortunately it was undamaged. The box did not say Handle with care or Fragile on it to alert the courier to take care with it.
Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear your order arrived safely. We pack in different ways according to the items we are sending and the size of the order. Unfortunately adding fragile tape doses not ensure the parcel is handled any differently. Small items like side plates are often sent using this retentive style of packaging which has proved very successful.
My plate was in a very good condition. It looked like new. Very pleased with my purchase.
