Quality fine but incorrect size received

The plates which we had at home are the dinner plates but the new ones we received were smaller in size - very disappointing especially for the money that we paid!!

They are both dinner plates but two different sizes. The original ones were 26.5cm and the ones received were 24cm so are not the same size. Disappointing as bought these for my mother in law who needed additional ones in her set.
Thank you for checking. Unfortunately we do not have any more of the 10 1/2" plates in stock at the moment so we will cancel and refund your order.
Different item received then first ordered- dinner plate received but original plate 26.5cm and one received 24cm so a waste of money especially now doesn’t fit the current set. Very disappointed. We bought them and had shipped to Australia!
