Excellent in every respect

Very audible on the telephone and the lady was fully versed with the china I required and it was packed incredibly well. Would never hesitate to contact the Company again or indeed recommend them to anybody requiring good, efficient and very friendly service. Although a little expensive, but what do you expect when you are purchasing something which is not easy to acquire.
