Excellent. They kept me up to date on my pattern. I had a choice of three saucers. One much smaller, one way to big and the one I bought - about 3/4 of an inch larger than the one I broke but the pattern repeat on the rim was exactly the same so I decided it would work with my discontinued Spode set.
