Excellent service. I have used Chinasearch for years and they really are superb at locating lost or damaged items. They provide regular updates on their search, I had a chatty personal call when my item came through, and the delivery was top notch. Beautifully packed and my item was in mint condition and has now completed my collection of Portmeirion Daisy mugs. Very happy customer! Thoroughly recommend the company.
