Very efficient, had to wait a while for them to find the exact plates unwell worth it & I wasn’t in a rush .
Really recommend using as we have a large dinner service but over the years it’s slowly disappearing! So now everyone has the same plate !
Our set is no longer made so almost impossible to buy.
The company kept me up to date with everything regarding delivery etc
