Excellent service starting from the very honest description through to the prompt, carefully packaged delivery.
I was so pleased to find this saucer to replace a chipped one from my set. It arrived promptly and cleverly packaged to avoid breakage. As it was rated "Good" not "Excellent" I was worried it would be visibly blemishesd but apart from a tiny scratch where it won't show the saucer was in lovely condition. I am very happy.
