Excellent service throughout the purchase process.

I bought several items of Eternal Bow tableware. One item I wanted was not in stock, but I was told the company would search for the item. I received an E-mail saying they had found the extra item I required and would include it with my first order, thus saving extra postage. When the package was opened, each item was individually wrapped and there was a large amount of protective packing in the box. All item were in 'showroom' condition, with no marks or chips. I will certainly use Chinasearch again if I need other items. From the initial placing of the order with the sales staff, to delivery, the service was excellent.
