Customer Service Perfect

I have been searching for a bowl to compliment the china that was given to me by my mother on her passing. I had several feelers out to various companies. I received an email from Chinaseach telling me they found the bow, asking if I was still interested. I purchased the bowl immediately. Due to the fact that I am in the US and the bowl was being shipped from the UK it would take a few weeks. I recieved the perfectly packaged bowl in less than a week. The bowl is beautiful and I can’t wait to use it with the set of precious china at our next family gathering. Communication was also spot on, I was informed that the bowl would be shipped, that it was in shipment and that it arrived at my house. Customer service is very important to me, Chinasearch was excellent!
