Great customer service

I thought the service was great. I ordered an item that was displayed as like new, but it turned out chipped a bit. One of the sale staff let me know that by phone and cancel the specific order. That indicated the quality check before shipping and I was impressed by that. All mya be a standard, but I would like to express my thanking.
