Frustration and wasted time.

Delays in delivery. Was given 4 different dates. They cancelled first three on same day, as was expecting delivery. Seemed to get stuck in St Jean de Vedas for 5days. Too much packing! Took me a while day to unravel it, so I could recycle it.
Our apologies for the inconvenience and frustration with the FedEx delivery, thank you for letting us know. Although the service provided by FedEx is out of our control it does reflect badly on us when things don’t go as planned, and so your feedback is much appreciated.
