The website is easy to navigate, the items were as expected, they were well packed and were dispatched promptly. ParcelForce, on the other hand, did not cover themselves in glory. Twice the items were sent out for delivery and twice they went back to Swansea undelivered. On the third occasion, they arrived. I was told that the driver was given too many deliveries, on the first two occasions, and that, as a result, he couldn't complete his round.
