Delivery issues

The last two orders were delayed due, I understand, to problems with the manufacturer. Whilst this is in no way Chinasearch’s fault, there was an absence of communication from the company which was very annoying. Only after resorting to a carefully worded email of complaint, on my behalf, was a response forthcoming. I will say that due to the concerns expressed by the Chinasearch employee in their response, coupled with a history of excellent service, I will certainly use them again. I can only hope by then they have appropriate systems in place to update customers on any delays!
