Enormous delay in receiving goods (should have come in May, ended up receiving in October). I understand the supply chain issues that have faced the UK this year, but don’t understand why Chinasearch couldn’t keep me informed when the stock they were expecting kept being delayed. I had to phone them repeatedly through the year to find out what was going on - why couldn’t they be more proactive in keeping me up to date?

Thank you for your feedback. We can only apologise that we did not keep you informed of the delays with getting stock in from the supplier and that you had to wait far longer than first anticipated.
