Wonderful service. Have used them twice now to replace broken items.

I had to wait some time for the plate I wanted to become available. But I was still on their records and I was phoned up as soon as one was available. Then when I was not going to be at home they delayed sending my plate until I returned. The packaging was very secure. It is wonderful to replace my broken plate. More than excellent service.
