Chinasearch did deliver eventually, but customer service could be improved.

Chinasearch was eventually able to supply the soufflé dish I requested. Order placed 28 December 2019, product delivered 13 April 2021. During the interim 15 months, apart from an initial email confirming "we have registered your search request" I received no update on progress. Although I understand searching for specific goods can take some time, the lack of any communications whilst this was underway almost lead me to conclude Chinasearch had given up the chase.
