Dear sir and madame,
I noticed that your shipments is already delayed by weeks. According to the parcel tracing it seems to be stuck in customs since March. Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Did you issue a customs clearance when sending the package to germany?

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you have not received your order. It should clear customs shortly. There have been some delays due to parts of Germany on lockdown and the depots that are open are coping with more parcels than normal.
