Received order in perfect condition. Have always had excellent service.

I had problems with my order but Kaye phoned me and sorted it all out. I received my order quite quickly despite Covid! I was extremely impressed by how well the order was packed and am very pleased with the plates - they were all in extremely good condition - didn't look as though they had been used at all. Over the years I have ordered a few replacement pieces of my wedding china and have always received excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to replace pieces of treasured china.
