OK but late

My order was, eventually, delivered safely. The fulfilment was delayed by several weeks without explanation. Only when I phoned did Chinasearch deliver a few days later. Their explanation was that, even though their website marked these items as 'available' this did not mean they were actually in stock. I find this misleading.

Thank you for your feedback. This item was available to order. Once the item is added to the basket it will say 'this item is being ordered from the manufacturer and is not available for our standard dispatch'. 'For more details see the delivery information on the product page'. We also confirm this on the order conformation email.
