One item arrived broken and I was asked what I wanted to do and then I have heard nothing. A pity I have used you a lot and normally have good service and communication.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you didn't receive the email we sent you on 19 January saying we were sorry that the bowl arrived damaged. We do not have another one in stock and asked if you would like us to order another set in from Wedgwood or refund the order. Please let us know what you would like us to do.
