I would have given a higher rating had I been kept up to date with my order.I had to e mail they said that Poole Pottery’s had stopped production. I then rang Poole Pottery and they told me they had 36 in stock.I then e mailed you back and within 2 weeks I got my vase.Shame

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your order took longer to come in from the supplier than first anticipated. The vases had just been released into stock the morning you called them. One of these had been allocated to our outstanding order and was in dispatch. It arrived here 2 days later and was dispatched to you straight away.
