Brilliant packing, absolutely first rate. Plus I was phoned to make sure that I undesrtood that an individual lid would not necessarily fit an individual bowl because they were not sold as one item - they fitted well enough for me. And I was advised that a soup bowl had a recently discovered small chip which was ground out and sent to me FOC! with an appology. Chinasearch has very high standards. I recommend them unreservedly!

As they were described, either new or slightly used.One had a small chip which was noticed only at packing. I was phoned, told the chip had been cround out, and I would be credited the cost of it. A shame but these things happen, it is a rare piece, and I just have to make sure I do not soak it in the sink and use it myself.

Good condition, as advertised. Fantastic packing.
One of the tureen lids looked OK but when I soaked it in Miltons to clean it I noticed that there was some almost invisible crazing to the glaze. which had let in moisture which created a slight shadow in the body of the lid. This disapppeared when dry. I will wipe this lid clean, not soak it when washing. It's just one of those things, almost impossible to see as the light reflects off the glaze. I cannot blame Chinacraft as I didn't notice it until I had saoked it for 30 minutes. I am sure if chinacraft had noticed they would have advised me. I am not complaining.
Very happy with it. Tyhe lid fits well.
