Fantastic service

First class service- I broke a friend's dinner plate which was 30 years old and found China search online, Initially I ordered the wrong size plate, I emailed in as soon as I realised and Jane could not have been more helpful, she instantly amended my order. The plate was really well packaged. Very impressed on every level. Thank you!
