Fantastic service

Had a hiccup with delivery as parcel went to wrong address NOT your fault as Royal Mail didn’t read address properly x when I phoned your customer services they were great they tracked the parcel to an address just over the road and we went and collected it . So thank you (Mel ) you were great ?
