The plates were exactly what I wanted, were really well wrapped and were in really good condition. I was delighted. However, because of some glitch in your computer (concerning postal codes), the parcel was address and sent to a completely incorrect address (which shared the first three digits of my postal code. When I rang to investigate, I was met with a defensive, customer-blaming attitude.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have a postcode checker system on our website however we don’t support Eircode so the address would not be changed by the postcode matcher after the order has been confirmed. On reaching the Delivery Details page the billing address is visible. There is also an option to specify a different delivery address if this is not selected the billing address will be used. We are sorry that this was dealt no dealt with in a better way over the phone. We should have called you back when we had been able to look into it for you. We have now updated the payment page to show the delivery address as an additional check before payment and we will look into supporting Eircode lookups in the future.
