Lack of correct communication caused trouble with delivery.

the whole service was let down by parcel forces incorrect info at the time it came for delivery whilst my china arrived in perfect condition. Chinasearch lady said she would contact me when she had my goods, she unfortunately despatched them straight away, which was two weeks early and three days prior to my holiday without informing me, until after despatch had happened. This caused me no end of stress as Parcel force info just said all deliveries suspended, due to COvid 19.I would not repeat this situation if I had the choice. For three days over a weekend I was wondering if I would ever see the china I ordered??

Thank you for your Feedback. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with our service this time. We say that orders are likely to take 4 weeks from ordering from the manufacturer and I can see that this came in sooner than we had first estimated. We send out a picked order email the day before dispatch so in case any changed need to be made. We will aim to make it clearer on the dispatch email that delivery is generally the next working day Monday to Friday and more information on the status of your order can be seen on the Parcel Force website using the tracking number given.
