8 weeks for delivery

I ordered a teapot and tea cup set on 21st April 2020. I was told it would take 4 weeks given the current circumstances which I understood. However 4 weeks had passed and nothing was received, neither was there any update from the company. After having contacting them myself I finally received an update and had the items delivered on 14th June (8 weeks later). This was meant to be a gift, but due to it taking 1 month longer than expected I was unable to gift this to the intended person.

Thank you for your feedback. we can only apologise that this order did not go a smoothly as it should have done. The delay was due to a 4 week shutdown at the factory which should have been communicated to you.
