They were very prompt in replying to an email. Then, when I spoke to (someone - sorry, can’t remember her name) she was very very helpful. I then received my goods within a reasonable time. I knew I would have to wait a little while because they needed to source part of my order. The goods then turned up in excellent condition. I will definitely use Chinasearch again.
