After waiting a month for stock to be in and having paid up front, Chinasearch use Hermes to deliver and insist on a signature which meant I was not in when delivery occurred (having not been informed when this would be in time) and they took the parcel back to a distant post office. I live in a rural area and there is no regular public transport. A taxi would be £30 round trip and for the value of the parcel, it wasn't worth it. I would have wanted it left in my porch or with a neighbour, but I wasn't given that option I must say that having complained to Chinasearch, they contacted the delivery company and arranged a re-deliver. I have no problem with Chinaseach and their service. However, I wish they had a more flexible courier.
