Generally a very good service but it needs to be seen through to completion

Taking of the order and service were excellent and the order was despatched as promised. However, the email to give the tracking number did not arrive as expected, which necessitated a telephone call to China Search, and incurred a wasted morning. An apology, while accepted, could not really make up for this lost time.
