Finding the crockery I wanted was easy and what was not in stock I was easily able to put in an order for. The items sent were very well protected against the Royal Mail transit. I am overjoyed at being able to replace the Christmas season breakages.
I didn't buy this when I originally bought my service but realised that an oval plate or two always come in handy when entertaining.
Finally, I have replaced the broken saucers. I made a mistake in the size but managed to correct the mistake before the order had been sent. Chinasearch were really professional and committed. They updated my order with no problems at all. Thankyou.
