They did everything well. Sourcing the items, contacting me (several times when I was slow to reply), terrific personnel at every contact point, packaging and delivery. No quibbles about any aspect of their service.
Both dishes are delightful and the tiny flaws on one were pointed out very carefully and did not impinge on my pleasure.
