However, until I spoke to a member of your staff, I was quite unaware of the fact that there can be significant differences in the measurements of individual items possibly due to how long any given items have been in the kiln. These differences lead to confusion. I had always imagined that Vilroy and Boch China was effectively made on a production line such that every piece was virtually identical. Perhaps a short guide on your web site would help with that and avoid confusion
