I shall NOT be using Chinasearch again thanks to dreadful delivery service

By changing the method /delivery agent for packages to Austria. The current delivery agent GLS has three times failed to deliver the parcel even though I have been at home. Further they have then claimed to have left a card informing where I am to collect the Parcel, this is blatantly untrue, b cause a) no such missive was ever left in my post box, and b) as can be seen from the pdf of the so called delivery message the GLS delivery boy did not even know my name!!! So he certainly did not ring the bell at TROFAIER at Brahmsplatz 7/6a in the 4th District of Vienna. It is a short walk to the Post Office from where I live, THREE times now I have had to take a taxi to collect the Chinasearch parcel due to the non-delivery of your chosen delivery agent!
