Service Review

I am very happy with the product but v unhappy with parcelforce. It took many phone calls - at least 8 being redirected and redirected to arrange a redelivery - and it was delivered on a day I has said I was going away and did not want another aborted delivery. Luckily we were still at home and could take delivery. I had initially asked for the parcel to be left in a safe place but I was not advised this could not be done without a signature
