For my recent purchases I found the service very customer friendly, and was particularly impressed by the desire to check what was available in the patterns I needed, or was looking at.
On a previous occasion I was also impressed by the speed with which dishes I needed for a particular event were sent by expedited delivery.

Very pleased with these - even nicer than my Royal Worcester Viceroy and make a very special addition to my dinner service.

Slightly disappointed as wanted them to go with my Wedgwood Columbia mint green set, but the gold is matt rather than burnished. Nevertheless will use, so no problem.
Delighted to have these dinner plates so that I can have 14 for dinner....

Disappointed. Far heavier form than I expected, and gold pattern too fine - would have liked gold to be slightly embossed. But will use with Royal Wocester Viceroy dinner service.
Will use with sauce boat, not really what I wanted though.
