This is the second time I have used China Search as I live in Australia.
My partner was visiting the UK so made use of his visit to request the Royal Doulton plates as this pattern is difficult to find in Oz.
I have not seen these items yet as they have not arrived home.
However the last time I placed an order the items were in a perfect condition. This helped when I requested the new platters.
Also delivery at both times has been brilliant.
