Great service and friendly helpful welcome

We had received an email telling us of a sale of some Royal Doulton Countessware that I am collecting. We went to the shop/warehouse and were warmly welcomed by Mel who found us several items. She then gave us cups of ta and invited us to call back at any time for a drink and chat. This was real customer service.
