My order was delivered on time.This was great as I had a dinner party planned for the Sunday and it arrived on the Saturday. The crockery was well packed therefore no breakages. I was pleased with the quality of the merchandise.I was pleased with the communication from the time the order was placed until delivery this way I knew what was happening every step of the way.
