Excellent service, but pricy.

I cannot fault the service provided, the products were very well packed and arrived when I had asked for them to be delivered. I would on service alone have given them five stars, but I do think they take advantage of the "monopoly" and price thier products accordingly. Having said that I will use them again and pay the "inflated" price.
